Alcohol & Drug Policy

It is a serious offense for any employee of Flascom Resources Nigeria Limited to be under the influence of alcohol or in possession of or under the influence of any non-prescription drug while working or residing on any jobsite, including all waterborne operations, or property under the control of the Flascom.

Personnel may be tested to determine usage of alcohol or illicit drugs at any time.

Failure to cooperate with testing will be viewed the same as a positive result. This rule applies to all operations and all locations on a 24-hours basis.
