It is Flascom policy to manage the security risks associated with our operations by identifying and evaluating potential areas of threat to personnel, property and reputation.

These threats may arise from a number of situations and may involve acts of terror or armed civil disorder, crime or malicious practices.

The number one priority is to ensure that we organize and manage our operations to prevent loss of life and minimize the risk of damage to company assets or our reputation and, at the same time, do all that we can to ensure that human rights are respected.

In order to achieve this we anticipate seeking the support and cooperation of our Clients and the law enforcement agencies of the States in which we perform our operations.

We will utilize the services of our security personnel up to the maximum extent allowed by the State/Federal Laws, however we do not advocate the use of force by them. Thereafter,  we will use the services of the Nigerian Police Force or other State/Federal Law Enforcement Agencies to maintain law and order and provide protection for our personnel and assets as required under the particular circumstances. The decision to use force rests with these Agencies.

Management commitment to the security Policy will be demonstrated by the provision of adequate resources to fulfill the requirements of the policy, to implement any Security Plans prepared by Flascom Business Units  and to manage our security risks to a level that is as low as reasonably practicable.

This Policy statement also applies to all Subcontractors working for Flascom
